I have another issue which i had found. this time its about the delimeter. when i convert the excel sheet to CSV, i have data which contains comma. the CSV converts it in " quotes ". but i want to know if i had to change that delimiter for that CSV to say "tab" or "|" t...

Hi I have to read an excel sheet into datastage, the excel sheet has various tabs and the data is extended in each tab. the data continues from one sheet to the other sheet without any break. if i had to convert the whole excel sheet to a CSV file then how can i do so :( .........pls i need some ass...

Can any one tell me the script to convert a text file which has no delimiters into a flat file with ^ or | or tab as deimiter. i need to get an idea of how the script will look like. please help thanks.
