In the sequetial file stage I could not find the type defaults in the format tab.
Could you please explain this to me.

Neeed help in converting Packed decimals
In my projects I am getting source files from Mainframe system in packed format. I am converting this using the tranformation "DataTypePicComp3()",but we are not getting correct values after conversion. Could anyone help me in this. Is there any other transformation for this. Thanks for an...

Does Datastage Px and server edition come in a single packag
I am having datastage 7.5 installed and when I open a new desingner window i get a list to choose from. I have parallel jobs also in this list. Is this parallel job same as Datastage PX.

I tried using CFF to convert a packed data type, but could not find a place to specify this. The pdf file in docs does not say any thing about this.
