This was resolved by downloading the installation files again and reinstalling IIS 8.5.

Thanks for your reply. I ran the update as the root user. The file has execute permissions on user, groups and others.

Found an alternate solution: split the source CLOB field to four varchar fields, each 1999 chars long, in the target.
