Hi Gurus, I have a column in my source(oracle) which is of Varchar2 data type.It is a column which has two constant vaues TRUE and FALSE. But in the target(Oracle), same column's datatype is decimal.When i tried loadingi am getting Nulls. Please give your valuable suggestions to overcome this issue....

I have a flat file and I am trying to load it into a hashed file. The problem I am facing is due to numerous Enter key strokes or new lines made by the data entry guys, resulting in misplaced columns. How should I go about this issue?
