Hi,
Curious to know is there any limit of dataset column ? My job output is into a dataset and one column is of width 16384. But I cannot give the width more than LongVarchar - 4000 (as the job aborts beyond 4000). Please help me regarding this.

I was using Difference stage for the first time. In the Output--> Mapping tab I can only see the Table definition of the Before stage not for the After Stage. Can anyone help me out how to get the After Stage column names in the tab so that I can link to the output.
