Hello,

Does anybody have any idea how much characters/lines can be processed in the Message pane of the Event Detail in DataStage Director?

It seems that the output of a shell script generated a Job Control Failed error due to this kind of limitation.

I didn't thought of that! It is definitely possible since we did not have the problem before.

There are 611 jobs in the project (and some temp/trash jobs that we do not promote). What is the limit for the number of jobs? Can this value be altered (without serious consequences)?

When using Hash files in DataStage, the system does not seem to find the customized filepath to the Hash file.

Is anyone familiar with this kind of problem?
