But the problem was with the Record delimiter . When I added that property and default it to Unix new line .The job just ran fine .

I just change the length of the column CR_TIME to char(23) instead of 25 Now it worked fine .

The data is getting right from the beginning i.e at row 0.
Sampel data looks like this

100735|TISEO|LOUIS|2004-08-12 00:00:00.000|1|4|SYSTEM|2005-04-15 15:44:00.000

I have changed the metadata for the column name and removed the quote='none' sub-property in the field level property and the job ran successfully and i can now insert the record.

only one needs to get inserted but that is rejected I have the first line is column name property to true.

I am not getting the right answer to this . I searched the posts. The datatype for the column is BigInt its a key column somehow i cannot get it inserted. Please help me.
