But the problem was with the Record delimiter . When I added that property and default it to Unix new line .The job just ran fine .

I just change the length of the column CR_TIME to char(23) instead of 25 Now it worked fine .

The data is getting right from the beginning i.e at row 0.
Sampel data looks like this

100735|TISEO|LOUIS|2004-08-12 00:00:00.000|1|4|SYSTEM|2005-04-15 15:44:00.000

Hi Arnd The order in the file is exactly the same I have in column definitions . Hi I am getting warning while I am reading from .csv file Warning :Delimiter for fieldCR_USER not found ;input {2 0 0 5 - 0 4 - 1 5 20 1 5 : 4 4 : 0 0 . 0 0 0}, at offset: 54 But this is some of weird . Compilation error

Hi

I am facing compilation problem when i am trying to compile the job I am getting the following error

Unexpected parameter set parameter (" Job name") in shared container

What could be the reason

I have changed the metadata for the column name and removed the quote='none' sub-property in the field level property and the job ran successfully and i can now insert the record.

only one needs to get inserted but that is rejected I have the first line is column name property to true.

Import Error Warning when reading from the sequential file

Hi

I am facing a problem with the warning when I am trying to run the job the warning is as mentioned below:

Field "Field Name" has import error and no default value; data ("6 0 1 0") at offset O
