DS Server Engine 'CREATE.FILE' command description

I have searched the DataStage Book Shelf, Help topics, FAQ's and Forums, but, cannot find a pointer to Ascentials description of the 'CREATE.FILE' command. Where is it :? ? Thank you.

Hello Nav, No the link doesn't help! I need to find muliple rows from the hashfile lookup using same foreign key concept as the ODBC / UV lookup stage can provide with multirow lookup.
