what are Basic transformation can u explain me

Can i call server routine in parallel job, if it is possible how to call routine in before/after job subroutine, its not available under before/after job subroutine, can u please help me regarding this

In DataStage Jobs i need to Capture

JobName
warnings
InRowCount
OutRowCount
Fatals
JobStartTime and
JobEndTime.

For every job i need to capture above mentioned, whether i need to build a routine or Can you suggest me regarding this...

Declare stage variable in job using 'UserStatus'
In Sequence go to particular job, and triggers assign the stage variable as parameter using Activity variable
