One month back disk was SAN. at that time we had good performance

Now all disks are on local server, but since then nothing has been changed.

My job is extracting from db2, have some transformation rule and loading into target db2 table.

Yes Server was restarted after the move.

But the performacne in Task Manager showing that CPU usage was less that 10 % and also PF Usage was very less.

Then there might be other issue, right?

Is it due to datastage/database setup issue or application issue?

DBA showed me the statistics and no. of connection at a time never crossed even 100.
I am guessing there might be other issue

Yes, it's possible that the total number of rows inside a Hashed file NOT equal to the total number of rows mentioned in the input link to the same Hashed file.
Check log file to know actual total no. of rows loaded into a Hash File.

How many nodes are you using. There might be parallel connections open by you within the same job for a single Enterprise stage. In Server job, what do you mean by node? Is that no. of client connection or no. of cpu? For us, we are using 5 clients, and the sequence is running from one client only.

First give execute permision of the script to the user and check.
You can also check by giving full permision like chmod 777
