Sorry I missed your 2nd question, we have used Append -> Write mode to insert all records. No record qualifies for update.

Yes, Reject criteria is ON in both the cases. When the job is run in 'Insert only' mode then 2 records are getting rejected as per job statistics, where 1000 records are supposed to be rejected.
Also not able to see these 2 records from unix, or view data.

Hi All, There is a requirement to change the first char of every word into Uppercase. Say i/p test is : willilam smith O/p should be : William Smith No. of words in the input string may vary. I tried from Data Stage , as well as from Unix. In either case it's not fetching values. Kept the SQL as, WHERE DEST in ('#DESTINATIONS#') and passed value as ABC','XYZ. Hi Craig,
I have tried passing \'XYZ\',\'ABCD\' and \'XYZ\'\,\'ABCD\', but none of these is working. Is there any other way to implement it ?
