No need these options. You just need to copy dsjob.exe and those other 2 dll files to your PC folder and run it.

Yes. You are right. I also need to copy 2 dll files. Those are DSCLNT32.DLL and dsrpc32.dll that system asked me when I run the dsjob.exe.
