That is also giving me error, but I have used the OCONV function to get the date in the readable format and it has solved my problem

i m able find out that this reason code is due to the exceed in the limit of no of uncommited message set in queuemanager
for this solution is eitherto call MQCMIT
or EXEC CICS SYNCPOINT
